Generator Tandem-Lift Transload

A Delicate Job

A local customer in Baltimore, MD, manufactures enclosure systems for generators, switchgears, communications, and a variety of other applications.

Due to the delicate instrumentation inside, lifting or transloading any of the enclosures require extreme care.

Working in Tandem

An expert in lifting such equipment, United Crane & Rigging was tasked with transloading the multiple 85,000 lb. generators so they could be delivered safely to their owners.

We utilized our 65-ton Liebherr LTM 1055-3.2 and 80-ton Liebherr LTM 1070-4.2 to tandem-lift the generators onto the the awaiting flatbeds.
